THE PROGRAM (July 1-August 2, 2003)

All roads lead to Rome and many to Siena.

Three thousand years of history will come to life as this summer program explores the culture, literature and language of Italy.

In Rome, the Colosseum, the Forum, the Arch of Constantine, the Catacombs, Vatican City, and the Sistine Chapel along with fountains, palaces, and beautiful squares stand as reminders of the mighty Roman Empire. Fashionable shops, delicious food, and friendly people are all a part of this sunny, magnificent, eternal city.

Siena, a well-preserved medieval city, opens its arms to visitors with its artistic, cultural and traditional events. Located in the countryside, Siena provides the perfect locale to visit Florence, Pisa, Arezzo and Lucca, along with other charming medieval villages scattered in the hills.
