the people of the Eagle, who are the aboriginal-indigenous Native North American peoples, are many tribes and many nations; and,
hyphenated-American peoples are not tribes and only three nations---Canada, U.S.A. and Mexico.

The lands claimed by Native American tribes and nations overlap and conflict with the lands claimed by hyphenated-American nations.
