Previous Exams

Below are exams previously given by me in math 3313 (previously numbered math 3313). They are provided here as a study aid and as an additional source of practice problems. Students should first study all homework, classroom and book examples before working the exams.

Do not assume that future exams will be just like the previous exams. Presentation style, topics covered, subjects emphasized and the phase of the moon are just some of the factors that will cause exams to differ from semester to semester. Bottom line: DO NOT USE THESE PREVIOUS EXAMS AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR THOROUGH AND COMPREHENSIVE STUDYING!

Solutions to the previous exams are not provided. In many cases, checking your own work will suffice to verify the correct answer. You are welcome to show your work to me if you have questions or would like to verify your answers.
