In this spacefilling-view, residues are colored according to the following scheme:

Lysine colored Blue
Arginine colored
Cyan
Histidine colored
Bluetint
Glutamic acid colored

To find ion pairs it may be necessary to measure the distance between the Oxygen of a negative group and the Nitrogen of a positive group, to verify that they are within 3-4 Angstroms. This is done in Jmol by double-clicking the first atom. Then find the next atom, and the distance is shown on screen. In the pop-up menu, under measurement the units can be changed.

There are at least two complex or network ion pairs, with 3 or more centers. Find one.

Find another ion pair between 2 residues in the same alpha-helix.

Find another ion pair between 2 residues in different alpha-helices.

Find another ion pair between 2 residues in the same beta-strand.

Find another ion pair between 2 residues in different beta-strands.
