Myoglobin

Cartoons view of Myoglobin, with its 8 helices. N-terminus is colored blue, C-terminus is red.

Myoglobin is a muscle protein that binds Oxygen by using a heme group. This heme is also found between 2 helices.

The side chains are tightly packed against each other. Also the N-terminus, which seems to give it a more globular structure.
