Description: This aerial photo shows the eastern side of the Lake Pátzcuaro basin region. The city of Pátzcuaro is located at the southern end of the lake, while the town of Quiroga is at the lake's northeastern corner. The community of Tzintzuntzan appears along the southern shores of the northern section of the lake.
