General Hassam Mohammed Amin: gained recognition as Saddam Hussein's spokesman and chief for Iraq's nuclear programs. It was this position that earned him position 49 out of 55 most wanted among Saddam's former regime, as well as the six of clubs in the card deck based on that list. Amin's family was made up of important figures in northern Iraq, and he went on to begin a military career as a communications engineer working on air and radar facilities. "His career took off when Hussein established the Technical and Scientific Committee, a weapons research and development think tank, in 1980." Eventually, Amin had a long career in charge of the monitoring commission. Amin was captured by coalition forces in April, 2003.
