As of May 21, 1996, legislation based on the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration has been enacted in the following 24 jurisdictions:
The following five jurisdictions have enacted the Model Law since July, 1995: Guatemala, India, Kenya, Malta, and Sri Lanka.
