In most terminals the shared ride pick-up is at the arrival level (where the baggage claim and ticket counters are). Reach the shared ride area, and wait for the shuttle. If in doubt, ask airport information or any of the porters for the "shared ride pick-up" area. There are any number of other transportation companies that also run shuttles between DFW and various points in Dallas. You can take any one of them. From the Love Field Airport, you can take the shuttle from the ground transportation area (around US$22 to go to one of the conference hotels).
