International Economics and Finance Society

This is the home page of the International Economics and Finance Society, an international organization of academic and professional economists with general interest in international economics, particularly international trade and international finance. We have several hundred members and members-at-large throughout the world, with regional groupings in Europe, Japan, the USA and Hong Kong.

Our Society is an associate member of the Allied Social Science Association (ASSA), and our annual meetings are currently held in the context of the annual ASSA - American Economic Association (AEA) winter meetings. We sponsor research sessions in the ASSA-AEA winter meetings and at regional conferences like the Southern Economics Association, the Eastern Economics Association, and the Western Economics Association annual meetings.
