This is the home page for the PIONEER DEA software package, developed and
distributed by Thomas McLoud and Richard Barr. This software was developed at Southern Methodist University under a research grant from Eclectic Computing Concepts of McKinney, Texas.

Seiford, and Zhu, Handbook of Data Envelopment Analysis, Kluwer Academic Publishers, Boston (2003), and the related DEA Software Portal
