Arthuriana e-subscriptions (like the journal in hard copy) run by the calendar year only. E-subscriptions must be paid by check, money order, or Visa card before a password will be assigned. Note well that on-line access is by single calendar year only (if you order a subscription for 2003, for example, you get access to only and all 2003 issues), and that we cannot cancel or refund e-subscriptions. Because there are so many different types of computer platforms and different flavors of web browsers, we hope this note will  clear up any confusion if you have trouble accessing your subscription on the Arthuriana web site.

• Recommendation: Use another type of web  browser other than Safari, if possible.
• Do not  precede the local machine account username with anything like "swwww\" or  "smu\". That feature has been rendered moot.
• Recommendation: If when prompted with a popup containing 2  input fields for username and password enter the local  machine account by itself and its associated password, as shown below.
